The factory area has increased from 1,000 square meters to 10,000 square meters. It has 200 workers and employees, with more than 1000 suppliers and sales amount exceeded 110 million RMB.

QUALITY CONTROL
After receiving the customer's order, INITI factory's proofing department will quickly produce samples according to customers’ requirements. At the same time, the purchasing department purchases various new raw materials worldwide according to customer requirements to produce various types of environmental friendly bags that meet international standards.
In recent years, INITI factory has undergone automation transformation and upgrading. After the upgrade, factory workers have been reduced from the original 300 to the current 100. A large number of automated production equipment has replaced the original manual production, and the production capacity has been greatly improved. The daily output can reach 100,000 bags now.
The quality control department will conduct random inspections from each production link of material preparation, cutting, printing, and sewing to control the quality, and also conduct random inspections on the quality of the final products. Only the goods that meet the inspection standards will be delivered to warehousing and delivery department, and this department provide customers with worry-free delivery services from warehouse to port.
